Maureen O’Callaghan has experience of:
- setting up and running small businesses, including a social enterprise
- developing and delivering training in both personal and organisational development and provided one to one mentoring for business leaders and managers
She has also had a book published which explores how to handle the pressures and challenges of working for yourself.
Maureen’s research experience includes:
- Facilitation of consultation events and focus groups for the Children’s Workforce Development Council
- Conducting interviews and facilitating focus groups for national initiative by government, the National Youth Agency and the Young Foundation
- Developing and implementing action research project in health and social care, youth, education, community learning and local authority settings
